LAP Webinar: Women as Leaders

Dear male and female PhD candidates,

We are inviting you to the LAP webinar ‘Women as Leaders’ on April 20th, from 12.45 – 14.00.

The position of women in academia is evolving. We obviously know that it has improved a lot when compared to the 50’s but how well are we doing nowadays? Are men and women equally represented when it comes to high positions? What does the life of a woman pursuing a career in academia look like? How does gender influence work related communication?  How can you as a woman strengthen your leadership skills?

Do you want to find out the answers to these questions? And want to learn from successful women? Join our ‘Women as leaders’ webinar on the 20th of April! It may seem as a woman only event but of course all PhDs are welcome to join!

The afternoon will offer multiple interesting presentations by very successful and inspiring women and include 2 workshops on negotiation and leadership. See the poster for more details!  Registration is only required for the workshops.
